Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
At present we deliver worldwide with the exception of North America - we are working to rectify this and hope to be able to ship to this region soon.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch and other debit cards - but not AMEX.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. |
| Shipping And Handling Postage and packing to UK addresses is FREE. Overseas orders are charged a fixed rate as follows; Europe £2.50, worldwide exclusive of Europe £5.00. Please note that VAT at 17.5% will not be charged on orders shipped outside the EU. |
| Delivery Schedule Product is despatched daily. If a product is out of stock we would normally expect delivery within 3 working days, and will then despatch it to you immediately on receipt. |
| Back Orders If the manufacturer is experiencing any undue delays in re-stocking us we will notify you and you may have the option of cancelling your order. |
| Tax Charges For orders delivered within the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is charged (this is included in the prices displayed on the web site). Outside of the EU, VAT is not applicable and will be deducted at checkout. |
